COMPLIANCE PROCESS WITH COMPANY RULES

Within the scope of company rules and HR processes, the obligations, responsibilities and rights of the employees are defined in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation. Also, the duties and responsibilities of the Company Disciplinary Board and its members are defined. This process includes defining the procedures and principles regarding the definition and enforcement of sanctions in case of violation of the rules, and preparation of all annexes (forms, documents, tables, workflows, records, etc.) necessary to carry out these processes.
