RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The process infrastructure necessary for companies to select the qualified personnel they need with the right methods is created by cHRome.

In this context, the annual personnel need is determined, the personnel budget is prepared, the interim personnel need is determined, the recruitment of personnel from internal/external sources, the candidate selection process, the candidate communication process, the candidate application process, the pre/final interview process, the candidate evaluation process, the wage proposal processes are completed. All work and transactions in the titles of employment contracts are defined. Then, all documentation required to carry out these processes (forms, documents, tables, workflows, records, contracts, etc.) is prepared by cHRome and delivered to the relevant company.

In addition, within the scope of this study, a “Competency Based Question Set” is created for companies by cHRome
