JOB AND COMPETENCY ANALYSIS

Setting out with the principle of "You cannot manage a business you do not know", cHRome provides support in the process of creating all necessary Task and Role definitions by conducting business and competency analyzes of companies.

Job/Competency Analysis Forms designed specifically for the company are filled in by all company employees or sample groups, and then they are grouped in detail by cHRome. In addition, as a result of the interviews with the selected sample groups, a "Job Description" form is created for each position and presented to the company management.  In the Job Description forms, the qualification and competency requirements of the position are defined, as well as responsibilities and authorities.

In addition, “Basic Company Competencies” to be determined as a result of this study also generate data for other HR processes (Career Planning, Performance Management, Wage and Benefits Management, etc.).
