This process includes the determination of procedures and principles about training needs of employees. Moreover, it includes the activities of determining technical, personal development and managerial development trainings, creating the training budget and training plan, establishing training/activity efficiency evaluation systems and preparing all the documentation (forms, tables, workflows, records, etc.) necessary for the operation of this system.
