In an environment where work habits are changing rapidly, boundaries in terms of business life are rapidly disappearing and international competition is becoming increasingly widespread in terms of employment, it is increasingly difficult for companies to procure a qualified workforce and keep this workforce within their own structure.

At this point, cHRome works with the principle of “the right candidate for the right job” in order to provide the qualified workforce that companies need.

The activities carried out within the scope of employment services are as follows:

• Announcement on career sites and evaluation of applications.

• Conducting qualification/competence-based reviews on candidate databases.

• Sharing the determined CV/profiles with the company.

• Providing the first communication with the candidates deemed suitable by the company, introducing the company and the position, and inviting potential candidates to the interview process.

• Conducting a behavior-based and competency-based HR interview.

• Preparation and submission of the Job Interview Evaluation Report, which includes personal, managerial, and technical experiences/competencies.

• Making a job offer within the scope of the salary and fringe benefits packages determined by the company to the candidates whose job offer decision is made by the companies.
