ONBOARDING PROCESS

It is the process of defining the methods to be followed and the processes to be applied (Orientation Trainings, Trial Period, Guide Personnel Process, etc.) in order to ensure the adaptation of the employed personnel to the job and to accustom the personnel to both the company and their duties. Moreover, it includes the activities of preparing all documentation (forms, tables, workflows, records, etc.) necessary to carry out these processes.
